Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to your use of the Lakeway Marine Construction LLC website and to any project inquiries you submit through it.

Use of This Site

This website is provided for general information about our marine construction services. We make reasonable efforts to keep information accurate, but details about services, service areas and project processes may change without notice.

Project Inquiries

Submitting the lead form or contacting us does not create a contract or guarantee a project. A project is scheduled only after a site visit, an agreed plan and a written agreement.

Scheduling

This is a scheduled construction business. Project timing depends on the season, shoreline conditions and our current schedule. We work with you to find a workable time.
